By means of centralized teaching, factory visits and quality development activities, etc., make fresh graduates understand the requirements and standards of the Company, enhance their awareness of compliance and red line in their actual work, and complete the role transformation from students to professionals in terms of awareness, psychology and habits, etc., and help them build up their competence and improve their self-confidence.
Green-Blue Program
From “fresh graduates” to “management trainees”, the “Green-Blue Program” lasts for 90 days. Some trainees who have management potential or good professional foundation will be selected through project package practice, rotation training and diverse training modes. There are competitions, contests, elimination and multi-party assessment to promote development.
Rocoi Star Program
From “management trainees” to “Rocoi Stars”, the “Rocoi Star Program” lasts 180 days. Trainees and trainers select each other, and sign the Military Order in the form of “Mentor-Apprentice Pairing”; they work together to brainstorm and formulate personalized training schemes. The “Rocoi Stars” will be selected finally for key backbone training.
